Michael joined the Future Frontiers programme in Year 10 and was paired with his volunteer coach, Sophie, from Teneo. At first, he wasn’t sure what direction he wanted to take after school, but through their coaching sessions he began to explore new options, build confidence and gain a clearer sense of his strengths and interests.
