Schools

Tailored support delivered by inspiring professionals and trained advisors.

Our programme has been proven to transform pupils' engagement with learning and prepare them to transition to high-quality post-16 destinations through nurturing the individual aspirations of each young person, inspiring them to achieve at school – and beyond.

What does the programme involve?

Key Stage 4 Programme

Future Frontiers’ flagship careers exploration programme is designed for Year 10 and Year 11 pupils to learn more about themselves and their career aspirations, and to connect those aspirations to tangible future steps for their education.

In the first year, we secure a dedicated business partner to host and part-fund the programme for your students. We match every pupil to a coach from your partner business. Pupils discover a career that inspires them and plan their pathway to success.

In the second year, pupils take part in a workshop to identify options for their next steps and continue developing key employability skills. Future Frontiers continues to support both pupils and their parents and carers, including around GCSE results day, to help ensure that they enrol on high-quality post-16 courses which align with their aspirations.

Post-16 Provision

We are also piloting some post-16 provisions, including sector insight days, employability skills development, careers networking and work experience support. If you would be interested in exploring these opportunities for your students, please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page.

Eligibility

Future Frontiers works with non-selective state schools in Greater London, and prioritises pupils who would not otherwise have access to the professional networks and expert guidance we can offer.

Iman's Story

Iman's coaching journey with Alex from digital marketing agency Byte London has transformed his outlook on school and his education.

He now has a plan for how to realise his ambitions - including giving back to others.

"Before I started the programmes, I didn't think much about the property business and how to get there. I thought I would just get out of school and have my GCSEs and get a job, but it's not like that.

Now that I came and did the programme I know what I need to do."
