We'll help you identify volunteers to take part in the programme. No coaching experience required, just a desire to learn and support a young person.
Training
One of our specialists will deliver a 3-hour training session to volunteers, with modules including: active listening, objection handling, and inclusive coaching techniques.
Meet Your Partner School
We find you a partner school and take care of all behind-the-scenes logistics, including arranging transport for students to your offices.
Coaching Sessions
Volunteers will deliver 4x 90-minute coaching sessions in your offices, working through interactive activities in our student handbook.

How it works
An alternative to traditional work experience placements, we provide structured activites for volunteers and students that deliver meaningful impact to both.
Take the hassle out of volunteering - our experienced team take care of all the planning and logistics with your partner school. You just need to book rooms and organise lunch.
We fit around your team's busy schedule - our programme is a 12 hour commitment spread across a six-week window, and coaching sessions always take place over lunch.
