Our Core Year 10 Programme
Our flagship coaching programme is designed to boost young people's confidence, motivation and career readiness. Volunteer coaches from your business will be matched with Year 10 pupils (aged 14-15) from a local school.
Over a series of fully facilitated sessions at your offices, pupils learn more about themselves and their career aspirations, and to connect those aspirations to tangible future steps for themselves. At the same time, your colleagues develop their coaching and communication skills and improve their wellbeing at work.
1. Volunteer Recruitment
We'll help you identify volunteers to take part in the programme. No coaching experience required, just a desire to learn and support a young person.
2. Training
One of our specialists will deliver a training session to volunteers, with modules including: active listening, objection handling, and inclusive coaching techniques.
3. Meet Your Partner School
We find you a partner school and take care of all behind-the-scenes logistics, including arranging transport for pupils to your offices.
4. Coaching Sessions
Volunteers will deliver 4x 90-minute coaching sessions in your offices, working through interactive activities in our pupil handbook.
5. Celebrate Your Impact
Receive your bespoke impact report, showing the difference you've made to your pupil, and the benefits to your employees.
Careers Workshops
Work with us with you to design a careers workshop focused on employability skills or insights into your sector.
Together, we will give 16-18 year olds from our partner schools a glimpse into life at your London office.
