Our Trustees
Future Frontiers is fortunate to have nine fantastic Trustees with a diverse range of experience from careers in the education, corporate and charity sectors.

Celeste Cheung
Trustee
Celeste works at the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) as a Senior Evaluation Manager. Her works involves commissioning and managing high quality, cost-effective evaluations in education, and providing evaluation guidance and support for researchers and academics. Prior to the EEF, she was the Research and Evaluation manager at The Brilliant Club. She holds a PhD in developmental cognitive neuroscience from Kings College London, with specialism in ADHD and autism.

Henna Fry
Trustee
Henna has over 20 years of experience in transaction advisory, capital raising and deal structuring across public and private markets, working with corporates, government bodies and individual investors. Through her vast experience of guiding and working with boards, executive teams and other key stakeholders at times of change and fast growth, Henna provides independent challenge where appropriate, leveraging her ability to quickly identify risks and related mitigants, and to problem solve to help build strong, growing organisations.

Ian Cosgrove
Trustee
For the past 30 years, Ian has been working as a financial professional, specialising in audit, transactions, and more recently, managing EY's relationships with Challenger and Specialist Banks. He is a passionate supporter of social mobility believing that everyone should have equal opportunities to reach their full potential, regardless of their background.
