Why We Exist
We are here to help under-resourced young people broaden their horizons and prepare for fulfilling futures.
Future Frontiers is a social mobility charity, working towards a future where every young person can unlock their potential regardless of their background or the barriers they might face.
Our Work
We provide careers education and skills development support, alongside opportunities to build confidence and develop connections with professional role models.
We work with young people aged 14-19 from low-income households in London. Through their engagement with Future Frontiers, our participants are equipped with the knowledge, skills, confidence and connections they need to pursue their goals and take steps towards fulfilling futures.
Exploration and Ambition
Our work at Future Frontiers has exploration and discovery at its heart. We pair school pupils with business professionals to complete a comprehensive careers coaching programme which is tailored to each participant.
Pupils build their knowledge of themselves, their strengths and their priorities for the future. They have the opportunity to learn about jobs they might not have heard of or considered before, and to envisage ambitious careers for themselves.

Insight and Inspiration
Future Frontiers participants gain insight into the professional world through visits to workplaces and conversations with business professionals. We support them to learn more about different jobs and sectors, and the qualifications, skills and experience needed to access them.
They also gain opportunities to speak to people who work in aspirational careers, ask questions and build their understanding.
Skills and Self-Confidence
We bring together young people and business professionals to help our participants develop core employability skills like communication, decision-making and problem-solving.
Our participants develop their confidence, motivation and sense of wellbeing through having a clearer vision for their future and an understanding of how to get there.
