Coaching designed to be mutually beneficial to students and staff.
Our award-winning programme provides school-aged pupils with the guidance and role models they lack. At the same time, it provides businesses with an exciting employee engagement and staff development opportunity.
We work with you to promote the volunteering opportunity internally to recruit 15 employee participants.
We provide training for all volunteers, covering coaching techniques and a step-by-step guide for delivering the programme.
MATCHING TO A
We match your business to a local school. Each volunteer is allocated one or two pupils to work with for the duration of the programme.
Volunteers deliver 4 x 2 hour coaching sessions in your office. We facilitate all sessions and provide ongoing support to volunteers.
PERSONAL IMPACT REPORT
We produce an impact report for each programme showing you the difference your staff have made to young people.
