Our award-winning programme provides school-aged pupils with the guidance and role models they lack. At the same time, it provides businesses with an exciting employee engagement and staff development opportunity.
We train a group of business volunteers to coach young people from a local school. Sessions are fully facilitated by Future Frontiers and take place from the comfort of businesses' offices.
About Our Corporate Volunteering Programme
There's never been a more important time for businesses to bridge the opportunity gap for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
How Does The Partnership Work?
We recruit and train employee volunteers
We work with you to promote the volunteering opportunity internally. Together, we recruit 15 employee participants.
We provide full training for all volunteers, covering coaching techniques and a step-by-step guide for delivering the programme to pupils.
We facilitate coaching sessions at your office
We match your business to a local school. Each volunteer is allocated one or two pupils to work with for the duration of the programme.
Volunteers deliver 4 x 2 hour coaching sessions in your office. Sessions take place over the course of a month.
We lead and facilitate all sessions and provide ongoing support to volunteers.
We report back on your impact
We produce an impact report for each programme. This shows you the difference your staff have made to young people.
Our reporting measures success against our programme outcomes. It also includes pupil, teacher and employee feedback.
